The Heart Behind the Journey
nature was to serve the camels and that set her apart for Isaac. Camels became a symbol representing provision, wealth and promises coming as I serve God's purposes. Camels are not an everyday sighting; my attention is directed to God every time I see one. They remind me of God's past faithfulness and they continue to bring me hope from God for my future.-Becky
Cardinals and camels are sweet reminders of a loving God who orders our steps through highs and lows. His plans for us are for our best, but more importantly, for his glory! Our hope is that these products will strengthen your personal connection with your heavenly Father. He wants to encourage, equip and empower you to live an abundant life that overflows with his goodness.
Why Cardinals?
The beautiful, red male bird is often seen in Virginia, our hometown. Decades ago, during a season of praying for my future husband, I dreamed of a cartoonish cardinal wearing a baseball cap, dangling upside down from a tree limb, while playfully winking at me. At the time, Becky and I were roommates. I told her the dream, which was a sweet reminder that God would bring me a godly husband. She crafted a card of that silly bird. Each time I see a cardinal it reminds me of God’s faithfulness. He not only sees our struggles, but He guides us to his promise, one precious reminder at a time.. -Laurie
